Operation and maintenance of the hydraulic system of the pulling machine
Broaching machine is mainly used for processing flange fork and flange end tooth shape. The main reason for these problems is that the selected standard hydraulic components are obsolete products and the relevant hydraulic components are not designed correctly.
The hydraulic technology of the broaching machine is driven by the oil pump, which has obvious advantages in technology, the processing technology is more precise, the hardness is also significantly improved, and the wear resistance of the product is better. The hydraulic broaching machine can process parts of various shapes, such as square holes, splines, various angles and so on. Hydraulic is the transmission mode of hydraulic broaching machine, and the direction of transmission can be changed, not a single, so it has good flexibility. If there is a chip problem, it is generally due to improper operation. To avoid improper operation, we must first use the correct chip cutting method. When we put the cutting fluid into the container, we must pay attention not to fill it all, leaving space for the chips to be fully stored. Otherwise, too much chip will cause the space of the turning fluid to be occupied, and eventually lead to the rise of the liquid level. Clean up the excess chips and maintain the cleanliness of the hydraulic broaching machine.
In addition, specific broaching operations should be carried out according to the rated pulling force. Because in the production process, broaching can obtain higher dimensional accuracy and smaller surface roughness, and improve production efficiency. Protect the broach, because the sharp broach can be processed for broaching machines of different shapes, especially the carbide indexable broach has higher broaching efficiency and should be specially maintained.
