Disc brakes and brake calipers are easy to deform due to their poor structural rigidity, which puts forward higher requirements for broaching process, therefore, we develop a special broaching machine for these products. In the broaching process the broaching machine conducts rough and finish broaching at different speeds, and meanwhile the arrangement of teeth is reasonably designed according to the tool tooth lift.

      Stationary worktable, rollover worktable, rotating worktable or mobile worktable can be adopted for clamps, and automatic loading and unloading mechanisms can be configured. The clamps have the functions of compaction, alignment and auxiliary support to ensure that the deformation of parts can be reduced as much as possible in the machining process.
